Talent Sourcer, South Korea (Contract)

Join Mistral, a leading AI solutions provider, as a Talent Sourcer in South Korea. In this role, you will identify and attract top technical talent, collaborate with the APAC TA team and hiring managers, and contribute to building and scaling Mistral in Korea. You should have 5+ years of relevant experience recruiting tech talent in South Korea, be passionate about sourcing, and have access to networks that you can leverage on day 1.

• Identifying and attracting top Applied AI and Applied Science Talent for Mistral, targeting relevant startups and tech companies.
• Sourcing through comprehensive tools and leveraging networks to accelerate the top of the funnel with high-quality talent.
• Collaborating closely with the APAC TA team and hiring managers to refine and iterate sourcing strategy.
