Senior Sales Associate, HSR

Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a Senior Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for daily store operations, providing excellent customer service, establishing and maintaining client relationships, executing sales plans, and training junior sales associates. You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the high-end fashion or luxury industry, be passionate about retail, and have good selling skills. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.

• Responsible for the daily store operations and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment consistent with the brand image.
• Establish and maintain client relationships by calling on current and potential customers, keeping them informed on new products or services.
• Execute sales plans, participate in marketing events and promotion programs, and communicate feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management.
