Product Design Lead (render.ai)

Join <render.ai>, <monday.com>'s new AI venture, as a Product Design Lead. In this role, you will define and drive the design vision for a product built from the ground up, working closely with engineering and leadership. You will lead and mentor the design team, set the design vision and principles, and influence product strategy and roadmap. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of product design experience, exceptional visual and interaction design skills, and high AI fluency.

• Lead and mentor the design team, setting the design vision and principles.
• Drive ambiguous problems from exploration through launch, designing AI-native workflows.
• Build design systems, components, and templates that scale, using AI tools to prototype.
