Technical Writer Intern (Summer 2027)

• Collaborate with engineers, product leaders, and designers to test and document new product features.
• Write clear and accurate documentation that enables Sigma customers to use the product effectively.
• Participate in cross-functional planning, bug bashes, and strategic discussions to understand features and functionality.

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a university undergraduate or graduate degree program in the U.S with a graduation date of December 2027 or later
• Able to intern from June 2027 through August 2027 (flexible)
• A genuine desire to learn new things daily and to translate complex topics into actionable user assistance for end users
• Solid project management and communication abilities. You love to find the right resources and can own tasks end to end with minimal supervision
• Able to commit 40 hrs a week for 12 weeks in-person in our San Francisco, CA or New York, NY office
• Applicants must be pursuing at least a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, emphasizing clarity and approachability for various audiences
