Business Impact Lead (Intern, Full or Part-time)

Join Aily as a Business Impact Intern, where you'll work alongside our Industry team to drive meaningful outcomes for leading enterprise clients. This hands-on role will give you real exposure to how enterprise AI creates measurable value in complex environments. You'll support the Business Impact Leads in translating client challenges into AI-driven solutions, contribute to engagements and research, and help document evidence of impact. • Support the Business Impact Leads in translating client challenges into AI-driven solutions, contributing to engagements, research, and internal initiatives.
• Monitor platform usage across client accounts, tracking adoption metrics by module and user segment against agreed goals, and identifying drops or deviations in engagement.
• Support the preparation of monthly impact updates: synthesizing usage and value data, coordinating with senior team members to gather inputs, and communicating outcomes to client stakeholders.

• Strong written communication — you can write concisely for a senior audience
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, or a related fields
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it creates real-world business value
• Proactive and comfortable operating with autonomy — you don't wait to be told what the next step is
• Sharp analytical skills and the ability to turn ambiguous information into clear, structured insights
• High standards for your own work, and the judgment to know when something is good enough versus when it needs another pass
• Prior exposure to consulting, strategy, or enterprise technology environments
