Job Description & Summary: As an Manager you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Job Position Title: Manager_ HCM _Enterprise Apps SAP Advisory Bangalore Responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects. · Manage SAP HCM functional teams and coordinate with business stakeholders. · Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions. · Drive solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. · Manage HR business processes and system enhancements across multiple geographies. · Ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules such as FI, CO, SuccessFactors, and Payroll. · Provide strategic guidance on HR process standardization and digital transformation initiatives. · Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and project governance meetings. · Manage incident resolution, change requests, and service delivery KPIs. · Mentor junior consultants and build SAP HCM competency within the team · 10-15 years of experience in SAP HCM. · Strong hands-on experience in: · Personnel Administration (PA) · Organizational Management (OM) · Time Management (TM) · Payroll · Benefits Administration · Personnel Development · ESS/MSS · Experience in SAP HCM configuration and support. · Strong understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements. · Experience with integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. · Expertise in requirement gathering, functional specifications, testing, and production support. · Experience managing AMS, enhancement, and implementation projects. · Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. · Experience leading teams of SAP consultants and support resources · SAP SuccessFactors integration experience. · SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certification. · Experience in SAP S/4HANA HCM-related transformations. · Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.
