Trainee Teacher (Preschool)

Full time attachment to one of our childcare centres under mentorship with a mentor teacher, the trainee teacher will be coached through the apprentice program and will be able to assume the role as a Childcare Teacher upon completion of the course. Entry job requirements: Local Polytechnic Diploma and obtained a GCE O level credit in English (EL1) or a minimum band 6.5 in IELTS (Academics); OR Obtained a Degree with English as the medium of instruction from a state-recognised university OR 5 GCE O'level credits with a pass in English Job responsibilities: Plan, supervised and implement the programme for the class in accordance with the centre’s policies and framework Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepares a developmental portfolio for each child Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carrying out routine care duties to ensure the safety and hygiene of the children Work closely with the other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties Build and maintain a close partnership with parents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work well independently as well as within a team 全职实习在我们的育儿中心，在导师教师的指导下，实习教师将通过学徒计划接受中文相关课程的培训，并在完成以下课程后能够担任托儿教师的角色： 职位职责 根据中心的政策和框架，规划、监督并实施班级课程。 每学期完成儿童的进展报告，并为每个孩子准备发展档案。 创建并布置一个富有启发性和吸引力的学习环境，促进自主学习。 负责班级管理的各个方面，并履行日常护理职责，以确保儿童的安全与卫生。 与班级的其他教学人员密切合作，履行各项职责。 与家长建立并维持紧密的合作伙伴关系。 优秀的沟通和人际交往技巧。 能够独立工作，也能与团队合作。 · 幼儿保育与教育专业文凭课程 招聘条件： “ O ” 水准 5 科及格，华文等级至少 B4 持国外学历者，必须完成 10 年以上的正规教育，在国家考试中 5 课及格（包括华文）或等同证书 o ＊如果申请者的华文等级低于 B4 ，必须考获 HSK 汉语水平考试 6 级和 HSK 口试高级证书 。 Upon Completion of the course: You will be conferred the Diploma in Early Childhood Education by recognised awarding institutions and will be qualified to teach Playgroup, Nursery, K1 and K2 children from 18 months to 6 years old.
