Assistant Manager, Business Analyst

The department of Business Excellence comprises a team of Business Analysts that bridges business, operations and technology teams to drive value-driven solutions. The team is responsible for end-to-end business analysis, including requirements elicitation, process optimisation, solution validation through testing, and training of operational users on new implementation. By combining strong domain expertise with structured methodologies, the team ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, adopted effectively and embedded into day-to-day operations.
