Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering team in delivering innovative, reliable, and compliant critical power and thermal solutions for data center infrastructure. You will provide technical leadership across system design, technical compliance, and complex bids, working closely with Solution Architects, Lead Engineers, and global product engineering teams to develop competitive solutions that meet customer requirements. Beyond technical expertise, you will mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance design quality, project execution, and overall business performance.
