Are you a servant leader with a passion for supporting seniors and inspiring teams? LCS is seeking an experienced associate executive director in the senior housing industry to assist the executive director with the overall administration of Charter House located in Rochester, Minnesota. 72 beds of AL and 32 beds SNF. The associate executive director will work closely with the executive director to ensure the overall success of the community. This role provides hands-on leadership in operations, team development, resident experience, and regulatory compliance.
