Account Director (Captive Management)

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Captive Management team in Dublin. This senior leadership role is responsible for providing strategic oversight and trusted advisory support to a portfolio of captive insurance and reinsurance clients. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with commercial insight to help clients optimise their risk financing strategies, navigate an evolving regulatory environment, and maximise the value of their captive programmes. Working closely with colleagues across Risk, Broking, Actuarial and Analytics teams, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to multinational organisations.
