Director, Sales - Japan

Tradeweb is currently seeking applicants for a senior-level Generalist Sales position based in our Tokyo office. The successful candidate will focus on growing existing customer relationships while driving new customer acquisition across the Japanese market. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of and exposure to a range of financial products, including cash and derivative rates, credit, and equities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams in Japan and across our APAC, London, and US offices. As an effective communicator, they will leverage and share information across teams to maximize growth and commercial opportunities in Japan.
