Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing the daily Engineering operations and ensuring all hotel equipment, systems and facilities are maintained safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and repair works.

• Support engineering projects, renovations and improvement works.

• Ensure maintenance requests are completed efficiently and to hotel standards.

• Monitor energy consumption and support cost-saving initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire and legal requirements.

• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

• Supervise and guide the Engineering team and manage the department in the absence of the Chief Engineer.

• Maintain high standards of guest comfort, safety and service.
