Internship - Human Resource (Pre-Onboarding)

Undertake special assignments within the Human Resources Division, supporting the delivery of strategic HR projects that contribute to business and operational objectives. Manage assigned HR projects and ensure deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines, scope and project requirements. Work closely with project champions and relevant stakeholders to understand requirements, coordinate activities and support successful project implementation. Support the planning, execution and monitoring of HR initiatives, including data gathering, analysis, documentation, coordination and progress tracking. Handles pre-employment activities, including coordinating medical check-ups, collecting and verifying candidate documents, and facilitating background screening prior to onboarding.

Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent. Good academic result from a recognized university and a passion in people and managing human resources in an organization. Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to HRIS (particularly in Ascender and/or SmartRecruiter) is an added advantage.
