About The Role
代理店コンサルティング営業として、下記の業務に携わっていただきます。
具体的には、
・既存代理店の売上維持と増収に向けた提案の実行とフォロ−アップ
・必要に応じ引受申請書を作成
・各種プロジェクト営業の推進
・キャンペーンの推進
・予算管理
・担当代理店の営業力向上や、営業業務システム等の教育指導
・損害保険に関する営業経験3年以上
・損害保険についての各種専門知識（商品、取扱い規定、販売手法、法律等）
・ビジネスに対する洞察力
・結果志向
