Job Description:

1. License Monitoring and Compliance Tracking

• Monitor the validity and expiry dates of licenses related to dealers, CECs, and operations.
• Ensure the license tracking record is always updated with the latest information.
• Identify licenses that are approaching expiry and highlight them for renewal or further action.
• Follow up with the relevant parties to obtain updated licenses and supporting documents.

• Maintain proper records so that licensing information can be easily retrieved when required.

2. Monthly Incentive Calculation and Administration

• Assist with the monthly calculation of dealer incentives based on the agreed targets and achievement.
• Review the dealer's actual performance against the target set for the month.
• Identify dealers who have achieved the qualifying target and calculate the incentive payable.
• Prepare and organize the supporting information required for incentive payment.
• Keep proper records of monthly calculations, achievements, and payments for monitoring purposes.

Simple example: Target is set → actual dealer performance is reviewed → if the required target is achieved → incentive amount is calculated → payment documentation is prepared.

3. Processing of Support Letters

• Assist in preparing and processing support letters required for operational or licensing matters.
• Ensure the necessary information and supporting documents are complete before submission.
• Maintain an organized record of letters issued, submitted, and completed.

• Follow up on outstanding letters when necessary.

4. Driver Pass Renewal Management

• Monitor the validity and expiry dates of driver passes.
• Maintain an updated list of drivers and their pass status.
• Highlight passes that are approaching expiry and coordinate the required renewal process.
• Follow up on the required documents or information to ensure renewals are completed accordingly.

5. CEC Dashboard Data Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor and update CEC operational information in the relevant dashboard or tracking file.
• Check that information submitted is complete and updated.
• Follow up on missing or outstanding information with the relevant parties.
• Assist in preparing simple summaries or reports for management monitoring.
