About The Role
- Conduct analysis for Process Safety Essentials submission via Viva Engage and prepare powerpoint pack on insights and conclusion from the analysis.
- PS Campaigns & CARE conversation - Assist in establish annual schedule, Prepare necessary materials or reports related to Process Safety campaign.Update participant list for each event, Backup in managing resource e.g. presentation pack, safety video etc, Perform analysis on Teams and Viva Engage participation & assist in post event follow-up (data collection).
- Administer CCPS/ISC - Assist staff registration, Update on upcoming events, Assist staff enrollment in events, Perform analysis on staff participation & Participate in sponsored webinar/workshop.
- PS COP - Assist in preparing MOM, Backup in managing resource e.g. presentation pack, calendar invitation etc & Follow up action item from MOM.
- Support for Type 1 Gamification learning modules.
