1. AI Governance Support
Assist in maintaining AI governance documentation, trackers, and repositories.
Support the review and tracking of AI use cases against governance requirements.
Help compile governance-related documents such as risk assessments, compliance checklists, and AI project inventories.
Assist in preparing presentation materials and reports for governance meetings and management updates.
Conduct research on AI governance trends, best practices, and industry developments.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting
Assist in collecting and analyzing adoption, engagement, and participation data.
Prepare dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
Support data cleansing, compilation, and visualization activities.

3. Administrative & Project Support
Maintain project trackers and action logs.
Schedule meetings and coordinate stakeholder engagements.
Document meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
Support ad-hoc projects related to AI, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives
