Executive (Marketing)

Role Purpose

To execute and support approved marketing strategies and initiatives for residential and commercial properties by coordinating with relevant stakeholders, identifying appropriate marketing platforms, and monitoring campaign effectiveness to enhance market reach, support sales growth, and achieve departmental KPIs in accordance with the Company’s established procedures and guidelines.

Main Accountabilities

1. Execute the implementation of marketing activities in promoting residential and commercial properties through various marketing approaches and tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns carry out the activities smoothly, effectively and efficiently in line with company's standard procedures and guidelines.
2. Execute the approved marketing strategies by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the KPI setting for the department.
3. Sourcing for appropriate platforms for marketing activities and recommending to superiors.
4. Providing input on overall marketing strategies which will enable the sales to increase sales.

Requirements

Qualification:

• Recognized Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, MICPA or CPA).

Experience:

1. At least 3-4 years of working experience in social media marketing or related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google Sheet.
3. Knowledge in Facebook / Instagram Ads Manager.
4. Experienced in social media marketing and online content strategy.
5. Excellent in writing, editing, and proofreading.
6. Performance-driven and have strong time management to deliver high-quality analysis.
7. Attentive to details and possess a strong sense of responsibility,
8. Able to work independently and manage different on-going tasks independently at the same time without supervision.
