Middle/Senior Data Analyst

Easybrain is looking for a Data Analyst to help shape product decisions across our mobile <games.You> will explore player behaviour, look for growth opportunities and design experiments that improve player experience and business performance.Responsibilities:- Work closely with product managers, game designers, monetization specialists to formulate and prioritise hypotheses;- Design and analyse A/B tests, from hypothesis formulation and sample size estimation to interpretation and rollout recommendations;- Analyse and monitor key product metrics, investigate changes, and identify opportunities for growth;- Research player behaviour, progression and game balance to inform product improvements;- Turn analytical findings into actionable recommendations and communicate them clearly to stakeholders;- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analytical workflows while ensuring the accuracy of results.

Requirements:- Strong quantitative background in mathematics, statistics and A/B test design;- Experience using Python for data analysis;- Strong SQL skills for querying and analysing large datasets;- Understanding of key product metrics, including retention, engagement, and monetization;- Practical experience using AI tools for coding, analysis, or automation;- Russian language is a necessity;- English at Intermediate level or above.
