As a Technical Project Manager, you will own the full project scope for SPI and NPI programs, from PRD requirements through customer deployment and support. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix environment and connect the Product Line with the development groups, so products are delivered to their content, quality, schedule and budget targets.What’s in it for you?You will join a leading global company that develops high-end equipment for the semiconductor market. We work across the organization with R&D, Operations and the Product Lines to define and develop winning solutions for our customers.What you will be doingOwn the full SPI/NPI project scope, from PRD requirements to customer deployment and supportCreate and execute project plans to meet content, quality, schedule and budget targetsCombine product requirements from the different discipline owners into prioritized content for the development teamsManage the project’s groups through the matrix, including Product Management, System, Algo, Testing, Operations and SupportAct as the link between the Product Line and the development groupsTrack and present project status, progress, issues and risks to managementLead, facilitate and improve project processes and methodologiesDrive data-driven decisions, remove roadblocks and make the team work more effectivelyRequirments: 5+ years of experience in HW R&D development and/or HW project managementPrevious managerial experience, with strong management skills in a complex, dynamic, multi-national matrix environmentStrong product and system understanding (multi-disciplinary experience is an advantage)Good understanding of HW development processesKnowledge of operational aspects, including engineering, TopX, quality and CTExperience with business aspects and with customer environments and challengesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly motivated and a fast learnerFlexible and independent, with the ability to overcome obstaclesAdditional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:NoRelocation Eligible:NoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
