Customer care - IA Compagny - Day or Night shift (English)

Join a leading American AI research and deployment company as a customer care representative. You'll provide high-quality support to consumers and business users, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through the product. No prior tech-support experience is needed, and training will be provided. Choose from three different shift patterns: day, night, or full 24/7 rotation. • Support customers with billing and invoicing matters, troubleshoot account access issues, and guide customers on how to use the client's products.
• Deliver high-quality service that exceeds client expectations and quality scoring standards, providing timely, useful, and human responses across chat, email, and phone.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge of AI and new technologies, and stay updated on product features and improvements.

• EU nationality or valid Portuguese work permit (or resident card)
• **Native or fluent English**, both spoken and written
• Valid diploma (secondary school minimum)
• Genuine interest in **AI, tech and new technologies**
• Flexibility to work the shift pattern you choose (day, night or 24/7), Monday to Sunday
• Empathy, patience and a service-oriented mindset
