• A proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• A track record of owning and delivering projects end-to-end, ideally with some project management experience
• Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation
• A collaborative, energetic communicator who works well within a close-knit team
• A track record of analysis that changed business decisions, not just reporting on them
• Hands-on experience with a BI tool, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong SQL expertise, with comfort working across large or complex datasets
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or a closely related field (6–7 years is ideal)
• Ability to take a vague business question, structure it, and deliver a clear recommendation
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, automotive, or financial services
• Python or another coding language
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake
• Experience integrating AI tools into your day-to-day workflow
