Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Growth)

• Lead the technical design and implementation of new Go-to-Market (GTM) tools and platforms that drive scale, automation, and growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Data, Analytics, and Product to translate business needs into well-scoped technical solutions.
• Modernize and contribute to our experimentation infrastructure, helping teams ship faster and learn more efficiently.

• Track record of pragmatic architectural decisions that balance speed with long-term scalability
• Hands-on experience building with AI/LLMs (agents, embeddings, orchestrating model calls)
• Strong communicator—able to align technical and non-technical teams around shared outcomes
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ in technical leadership
• Experience designing systems that integrate multiple data sources and support complex workflows
• Strong full-stack development skills with Rails + React (or equivalent modern stacks)
• Proven ability to lead ambiguity-heavy, greenfield projects from concept → delivery
