Outbound Specialist - Swiss Market

Join Lucca, a rapidly expanding European HR software company, as an Outbound Specialist for the Swiss market. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage decision-makers, and contribute to our customer acquisition efforts. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth in Switzerland.

• Identifying, qualifying, and prospecting priority target accounts in alignment with Sales hunting goals.
• Developing personalized and relevant outreach across channels including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Managing cold and lost opportunities to re-engage prospects at the right time.

You’re the right fit if you…

• 2/3 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Business Development, SDR/BDR or a similar role (including working student experience).
• Strong understanding of B2B prospecting, qualification and outbound sales principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage different audiences.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to monitor activity and conversion metrics and continuously improve performance.
• Autonomous, hands-on and results-oriented, with the ability to move from account research to outreach and qualification.
• Comfortable working closely with Sales and Marketing and sharing market feedback and insights.
• French (fluent), English (fluent), German (strong asset)
