Senior / Staff Software Engineer (Internal Tools)

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des agents, des flux de travail et des outils personnalisés qui permettent aux équipes non techniques de gérer davantage sans ajouter de personnel.

• You bring 5–7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• You have a proven track record of building, maintaining, and supporting internal tooling or systems that streamline engineering or business operations
• You thrive in an early-stage, 0→1 environment where the problem space is still being defined
• You’re eager to learn and share agentic coding best practices and tools
