Product Trainer

Join our team as a Retail Trainer, where you will deliver engaging training programs, prepare and translate training content, coordinate training logistics, and build strong relationships with various stakeholders. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail training, excellent communication skills, and a passion for people development and retail excellence.

• Deliver engaging and impactful training programs for new and existing employees, including onboarding, product knowledge, client experience, and selling skills.
• Translate, and localize global training materials while preserving its standards and learning objectives. Prepare high-quality training content, presentations, participant materials, and supporting resources.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate all training logistics, including venue arrangements, participant communications, training materials, and scheduling. Maintain accurate training records, attendance tracking, and follow-up documentation.
