Contract Senior Accountant (12-month)

Join our team as a Contract Senior Accountant for a 12-month period. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of Concur Expense and local expense claims, perform monthly T&E accruals and variance analyses, and ensure compliance with company policy. You will also lead the end-to-end Concur project, optimize processes, conduct testing and validation, and manage change and training. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and fluency in English and Cantonese.

• Oversee the administration of Concur Expense and local expenses claims, perform monthly T&E accruals and variance analyses.
• Lead the end-to-end Concur project, establishing timelines, milestones, and deliverables; review current expense policies and workflows.
• Define testing strategies, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve configuration defects, and ensure seamless data flow between Concur and SAP.
