BOH Assistant Manager

Join our team as a BOH Assistant Manager, where you will be responsible for managing all back-of-house operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, overseeing stock management processes, and supporting store management in general administration. You will play a key role in optimizing and simplifying back-office follow-up, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Additionally, you will manage store administration, stock management, and team management. This position requires at least 10 years of professional experience in store operations, stock management, and team management, preferably in the high-end fashion, luxury, or hospitality industry.

• 고객 서비스 후속 조치 및 관리, 고객 요청 및 예약 처리, 고객 서비스 관련 팀 관리 및 지원.
• 결제 관리 및 감독, 결제 오프닝 지원, 결제 마감 시 감독 및 지원.
• 재고 운영 절차의 최적 관리와 유지를 위한 필요한 조치 시행, 재고 조사 및 싸이클 카운트.
