Sr.Director, Platform Engineering

Join Kyriba, a leading provider of cloud-based treasury and finance solutions. As the Sr. Director of Core Platform Engineering, you will be responsible for defining, architecting, and building Kyriba's modern platform ecosystem. You will lead a world-class team of software engineers, platform engineers, system architects, and engineering managers based in Warsaw, Poland. Your mission will be to spearhead the structural platformization of Kyriba's core infrastructure and establish a cohesive engineering strategy.

• Defining, architecting, and building Kyriba’s modern platform ecosystem, leading a world-class team of engineers.
• Establishing and executing a cohesive engineering strategy that transforms shared applicative capabilities, centralized data pipelines, and AI enablement tooling into reusable, highly scalable platform services.
• Overseeing the technical execution of the architectural evolution across four strategic vectors: Monolith Deconstruction & Microservices Architecture, Real-Time Event-Driven Architecture, AI & Agentic Workflow Enablement, and Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
