Engineering Manager (Cards)

Join Ebury, a fast-growing fintech company, as an Engineering Manager in our new Tel Aviv office. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers in the development and maintenance of our financial technology platform. You will be responsible for technical leadership, delivery management, cross-functional collaboration, people management, and process and performance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Engineering Manager, experience in fintech or financial services, and a deep understanding of software development methodologies.

• Technical Leadership: Own a domain/subdomain and set the 0-6 month technical roadmap, ensuring architectural consistency and accountability for system reliability.
• Delivery Management: Be responsible for your team's delivery, including planning sprints, overseeing project health, and balancing team capacity with roadmap demands.
• People Management: Lead and manage a team of engineers, creating a stable environment, managing performance, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of ownership and feedback.
