Legal Externship (Spring 2027))

Join Duetti's Legal Department as a legal extern for Spring 2027. This is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand legal experience at the intersection of law, music, and technology within a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities include drafting purchase agreements for music assets, conducting legal research, and interfacing with industry stakeholders. Ideal candidates are curious about the legal aspects of the entertainment and technology industries, enjoy teamwork and problem-solving, and are detail-oriented and organized.

• Assister et soutenir le département juridique dans les tâches juridiques quotidiennes, y compris la révision et la préparation de mémos sur les accords de distribution, de licence, d'édition et d'autres accords connexes.
• Participer à la rédaction d'accords d'achat pour des actifs musicaux, à la recherche juridique et à la diligence raisonnable concernant les accords de distribution, de licence et de financement.
• Collaborer avec les équipes juridiques et de développement commercial sur des projets transversaux, et participer aux réunions d'équipe hebdomadaires.
