Contract Technical Recruiter (AI Insurance SaaS)

Join our team as a Contract Technical Recruiter, where you'll play a crucial role in scaling our engineering organization by attracting and hiring exceptional technical talent. You'll recruit for a variety of roles, including Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and AI Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to help build high-performing teams at the forefront of AI product development for the insurance industry. The contract will last for 3 months with the potential for extension.

• Recruit across a wide range of technical roles, including Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and AI Engineers.
• Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand their needs and develop creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct technical candidate interviews and strategically source candidates to achieve a high response rate.

• Expertise writing compelling sourcing messages and attracting passive candidates
• Pitch and sell candidates on the opportunity. Work directly with hiring managers
• ATS proficient and savvy in other systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, G-Suite, Slack, etc). Workday experience is a plus
• Ability to work out on our NYC or Chicago office a couple days/week preferred
• Enthusiastic / positive outlook, and a high motor to come in be extremely productive while working independently with team and management support
• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience preferably in startup/scaleup environments
