Senior Legal Counsel - AI and Technology

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide practical, timely, and commercially minded legal advice on AI and technology matters throughout the product lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and help translate complex legal questions into actionable paths forward. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate independently and become a trusted legal partner to teams building <monday.com>'s next generation of AI-powered products.

• Advising on the legal aspects of AI and technology products throughout their lifecycle, including ideation, architecture, development, testing, launch, and post-launch changes.
• Partnering directly with Product, R&D, AI, Security, Data, GTM and other teams to identify legal considerations early and embed legal-by-design principles into product development.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating AI, technology, licensing, IP, vendor, partnership, and other agreements, including agreements with technology and AI providers.
