Design Operations Lead, AI Enablement

• Owning design operations, including tooling, licenses, procurement, vendors, contracts, budget, travel, and designer onboarding.
• Identifying problems, gaps, and repetitive work in design processes, and building agents, automations, or tools to address them.
• Driving change and ensuring the adoption of new ways of working, measuring program impact qualitatively and quantitatively.
