You will own agent quality, balance quality, latency, and cost in production, and work with product and design to turn open-ended goals into shipped AI features.

• Design, build and ship production AI agents, focusing on tool use, multi-step reasoning, memory and context management.
• Bring state-of-the-art agentic techniques into the product and own agent quality by building offline evaluations and online metrics.
• Work with product and design teams to turn open-ended goals into shipped AI features, balancing quality, latency, and cost in production.
