AI Knowledge & Intelligence Specialist

As an AI Knowledge & Intelligence Specialist, you will be the deep AI product expert for our CCO Academy, translating complex technical information into accessible content and delivering knowledge through live formats. You will work closely with Product and Engineering, stay ahead of every release, and proactively identify knowledge gaps. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in product knowledge, technical writing, product enablement, or customer education at a B2B SaaS company.

• Maintenir une connaissance précise et à jour des fonctionnalités, des agents, des prix et du positionnement de l'IA.
• Rester en avance sur chaque version du produit et traduire les nouvelles capacités en contenu d'habilitation structuré avant leur expédition.
• Fournir des connaissances au groupe par le biais de formats en direct, animer des webinaires internes, présenter des mises à jour de produits.
