Junior Support Engineer

Join Chift, a rapidly growing tech startup, as a Junior Support Engineer. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, troubleshooting and resolving end-user problems. You will work closely with both the connector team and the customer success team, primarily communicating with our clients' technical teams. • Support of customers (1st-line) & 2nd line support for end-users, handling tickets related to issues with applications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving end-user problems, improving processes & procedures related to support.
• Documentation of problems & solutions, helping to build the perfect self-service portal for customers.

• +2y of engineering or technical support experience
• **Developing skills**: knowledge of **Python** and **APIs** is wanted

• Comfortable using tooling like **Postman** to reproduce issues our customers face
• Bonus: we are working with Pylon internally. If you are already familiar with this tool, it is a huge advantage. If not, that is normal.
• Love working with customers and have good communication skills
• **Thirst for knowledge**; you love challenges and are eager to learn new things. Moreover, you want to understand the different technologies used to have a good overall view of the solution.
• **Startup enthusiast:** the environment is more rock and roll than a corporate job. You need to be open-minded, resourceful, curious, and enjoy collaboration. A first startup experience is a plus, but not a must
• Having an **ownership and "doer**" spirit: the small size of the team will allow you to take the lead on different subjects
• Language: **French** or **Dutch** native with a good **English** proficiency. Speaking Spanish is the cherry on the cake.
