Customer Success Manager

In this strategic and operational role, you will partner with clients to help them leverage Chift to power their own product, fuel their growth, and stand out in their market. Your responsibilities will include guiding onboarding, driving adoption, advising strategically, being the voice of the customer, identifying growth opportunities, solving proactively, and collaborating internally. • **Experience**: 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships, or other client-facing roles in SaaS/tech
• **Languages:** fluent in English AND at least French, Dutch, German or Spanish.
• **Tech-savvy:** Familiarity with APIs, software integration, and an understanding of accounting/financial tools. Or at least curious about these subjects.
• **Fintech curiosity:** You don’t need to be an accountant, but you’ll hear a lot about accounting and finance-related topics.
• **People person**: You like building trust, finding solutions, and making your clients shine
• **Customer-Centric Mindset:** You genuinely enjoy helping clients succeed and are driven by their success.
• **Drive:** Ambitious, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
