HR Ops Manager (BE/NL)

As an HR Operations Manager, you will oversee the Stoïk community in Belgium and the Netherlands, manage payroll and compliance, daily operations, and onboarding/offboarding processes. You will work closely with local teams, the Head of People, Country Managers, and the Global HR team. • Beheren van de payroll voor België en Nederland, en zorgen voor volledige HR-compliance.
• Acteren als de belangrijkste contactpersoon voor alle payroll-gerelateerde zaken en het beheren van relaties met relevante sociale aanbieders.
• Beheren van het administratieve pre-onboarding proces en het bieden van HR- en juridische begeleiding aan managers tijdens het offboarding proces.
