About The Role
Join Auror, a company dedicated to tackling theft and organized retail crime. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will shape the technical direction of our evolving ASR product, stay close to customers, lead complex work through to production, prepare ASR for enterprise scale, and strengthen how the team works. You will report to Richard Brookes, Senior Engineering Lead.
- Shape technical direction as the product evolves, turning uncertain requirements into clear technical approaches.
- Stay close to customers and validate value early, partnering with Product and Design to test assumptions.
- Lead complex work through to production, breaking open-ended problems into achievable increments.
