Country Lead Belgium

Join Swan, a fast-growing fintech company, as the Country Lead Belgium. In this high-impact role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of Belgian partners, drive revenue growth, and ensure partner satisfaction. You will work closely with various internal teams and be based in Belgium with regular collaboration with teams in Paris and Amsterdam.

• Assurer le succès des partenaires belges en accélérant le temps de génération de revenus lors de l'intégration et en favorisant la croissance des revenus.
• Gérer et développer un portefeuille de partenaires belges, en étant responsable de leur croissance en termes de revenus.
• Suivre et analyser la performance des partenaires pour identifier les opportunités et les risques, et conduire des revues d'affaires trimestrielles.

✨ **You’re a great match if:**

• You have **4 to 8 years of experience** in strategic account management, customer success, or business development in a startup, scale-up, or fast-paced environment

• You are data-driven and analytical

• You can understand and explain technical concepts in business-relevant terms

• You have a strong interest in (fint)technology-driven businesses

• You are fluent in English
