Country Director - Mali

Join PawaPay, a leading pan-African fintech company, as the Country Director for Mali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing operations and partner relationships in Mali, driving business development, and ensuring operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and represent PawaPay in the local market. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, fluency in English and French, and a deep understanding of the African payments and mobile money ecosystem.

• Assurer la gestion des relations avec les partenaires locaux, y compris les opérateurs de téléphonie mobile, les banques et les institutions financières.
• Diriger les conversations commerciales initiales avec les partenaires locaux, superviser l'intégration et identifier les opportunités d'expansion des produits.
• Assurer la conformité légale et réglementaire, superviser les opérations de bureau et surveiller les indicateurs de performance opérationnelle.
