About The Role

  1. 协助饼房师傅完成各类西点、蛋糕、面包、曲奇、甜品的基础制作，包含称量原料、搅拌、整形、烘烤、装饰等辅助操作。 ​ 2. 负责饼房工具、操作台、冷藏冷冻设备日常清洁消毒，做好原料分类存放、货架整理，遵守食品卫生安全规范。 ​ 3. 按标准分装甜品、摆盘，配合自助餐、客房、宴会的甜品出品需求，及时补齐档口陈列糕点。 ​ 4. 清点黄油、面粉、奶油、果馅等原料库存，按需申领物料，记录原料消耗，杜绝食材浪费。 ​ 5. 服从饼房主管与师傅安排，学习甜品配方、裱花、温度把控等专业技能，遵守后厨考勤与操作规章制度。
