  1. 热情迎送宾客，协助主管办理入住、退房、房卡发放及基础收银操作 ​ 2. 解答宾客咨询，介绍酒店设施、餐饮及本地游玩出行信息 ​ 3. 维护前台整洁，完成交班记录、客史信息录入等前厅行政辅助工作 ​ 4. 及时传递客人需求，联动客房、礼宾等部门落实宾客诉求 ​ 5. 遵守万豪服务标准，学习会员礼遇、接待礼仪，配合完成部门其他临时工作
