You will lead, develop, and engage plant employees while fostering a high-performance, accountable, and safety-focused culture In addition, you will ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, labor, quality, and regulatory requirements, including all legally mandated management responsibilities You will also manage relationships with governmental authorities and ensure all required permits, licenses, certifications, and accreditations are maintained Beyond that, you will lead and optimize cylinder filling, testing, inventory, laboratory, and quality management activities to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction You will drive plant performance through KPI management, continuous improvement, cost optimization, budgeting, and resource efficiency initiatives At the same time, you will ensure asset reliability and lead engineering, maintenance, capital investment, automation, digitalization, and capacity expansion projects You will also collaborate with commercial and support functions to achieve business objectives, enable growth, and implement innovative and sustainable solutions
