Transaction Execution Associate II

The CPD Transaction Execution Associate supports the execution and closing of lending and trade finance transactions, coordinating documentation, approvals, conditions precedent, and other closing requirements. The role works closely with clients, legal counsel, Bankers, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure transactions progress efficiently and issues are resolved in a timely manner. It requires strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of lending and trade finance products and documentation.
