Roofing Superintendent

**$60,000 – $85,000 a year - Office Full-time**

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a **Roofing Superintendent** to join our London Branch and support commercial roofing projects throughout London and the surrounding region.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing field operations, supporting crews, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Flynn standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings. Commercial roofing experience is an asset but not required.

A Day in the Life

• Scheduling and coordinating roofing crews and manpower
• Monitor, approve, and track labour hours
• Communicate daily with crews, management, general contractors, consultants, and subcontractors
• Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Attend project meetings, including handoff, pre-start, and site meetings
• Conduct site visits and resolve job site challenges
• Ensure all safety requirements, field reports, and site documentation are completed and up to date
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and site logistics
• Managing productivity, project execution, and contractual performance
• Coach and mentor field crews

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of commercial roofing experience is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid G driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
