Production Maintenance

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment throughout the plant. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to support safe and efficient operations. Uses maintenance work order systems to complete repairs and preventive maintenance, reads schematics and technical documents, and assists with fabrication, welding, equipment upgrades, and contractor coordination. Maintains 5S standards, supports safety initiatives, and contributes to continuous improvement. Requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
