Global Process Owner OTC / EDI (m/f)

About this Position As Global Process Owner Customer Service OTC for Adhesive Technologies, you will combine the roles of a senior OTC functional expert, business process owner and project manager. The role requires close engagement with the business to understand operational needs, challenge existing ways of working and develop pragmatic, sustainable solutions. What you´ll do Drive process and system changes from analysis and design through build, testing and implementation, working closely with business stakeholders, IT/development teams and key users globally Analyze business requirements and translate them into process and system solutions, with a strong focus on SAP SD/OTC and EDI Lead process optimization and transformation initiatives, ensure alignment with global standards and end-to-end processes Act as Product Owner for relevant applications and solutions
